Pre-Order Items

Terms & Conditions on Pré-Ordering Items

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or currently sold-out in our showroom.

Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance and requires full payment/down payment.

On pré-orders, we give customers availability-guarantee and sure item stock for them. 

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your orders.


1. Down payment OR full payment is required & should be made via website or through a PayPal invoice.  For downpayment-50% of item price plus taxes (Texas Residents Only). 

2. Balance payment to be paid once item(s) arrived before shipping. 

3. For down payments only, use code:PREORDER to exclude shipping.  When final payment is made, shipping fees plus taxes (if applicable) will need to be paid. Note: Code is not needed for final payment.

4. Estimated Date of Arrival: This is based on the shipment schedule we receive from our selected courier.  Schedule may not always be accurate but we do our best to make sure we provide information as close to it as possible. So, please, manage your expectations when it comes to ETA.  We typically try not to exceed our 7-10 shipping on our pre-ordered items. 

5. Cancellation: Ordered items are considered sold. Down payments are not refundable. If item is canceled by buyer, a store credit minus $10 (cancellation fee) will be issued. If item is canceled by Tisha’s Boutique, a full refund will be issued (this is the only exception).

6. When ordered items arrive. Customer will have 2 days to make final payment. If payment is not made within the time allowed, we have the right to sell the item to another interested buyer. No refund (store credit) applies. 

7. All pre-ordered items are considered SOLD & FINAL: No exchange/returns/ cancellation on accessories after final payment is made.

8. For customers who expect immediate delivery of pre-ordered items and can not conform with the pre-order timeline, we highly recommend not to place an order. This will avoid any frustration and misunderstandin in the future.  Customer satisfacation is our top priority. We greatly appreciate your kind understanding and consideration in the timeline arrival & delivery.
