How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@tishasboutique.info immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM-9:00 pm CST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. You may also view your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page and logging into your Tisha’s Boutique Account.

What form of payment do we accept?

Do you restock items?

We do not restock all items. An item is restocked when the manufacturer makes a certain style available again. Unfortunately, Tisha’s Boutique don’t have a say so when items get restocked by the manufacturer. If an item is restocked once received, we will post it again on all social media and our website.
